Culinary skills can transform lives.

For many youths facing adversity, the kitchen offers a recipe for resilience. Sprouts Chef Training has been empowering San Francisco youth through mentorship, culinary training, and job placements since 2006. OpenTable is proud to partner with Sprouts to help expand its mission beyond the Bay Area and into the heart of New York City.

To help raise awareness and funds, Sprouts and OpenTable are hosting three pop-up dinners in the first week of May. Chefs include Nicholas McCann of Society Cafe, Mary Attea and Camari Mick of Musket Room & Raf’s, Eric Tran of Falansai, and Eric Huang of Pecking House. For each dinner, the chef will craft a one-of-a-kind, three-course, family-style dining experience—with every bite supporting Sprouts Chef Training.

See the line-up below and get your seats now to support a great cause.

May 1: Nicholas McCann of Society Cafe ($130/ticket)

May 5: Mary Attea and Camari Mick of Musket Room & Raf’s ($175/ticket)

May 8: Eric Tran of Falansai and Eric Huang of Pecking House ($130/ticket)
