When PB&J Restaurants tasked Special Project Manager Dennis Dickey with testing a competitor’s table management system at YaYa’s, the stakes were high to maintain that exceptional service. The front-of-house team quickly found the new system difficult to use and disruptive to service, prompting Dennis to return to OpenTable.
