With that information, you can quickly recognize high spenders and frequent visitors and send over something special to show them they’re appreciated.
With check-level data, you can also personalize service for your guests, because you know exactly what they want. Servers may recommend a new bottle on the wine list with characteristics similar to the one they enjoyed on their last visit, or send over the appetizer they rave about every time. For a deeper dive, spend detail reports include total spend and tip spend, which help you identify VIPs and your most valuable cover drivers. See guest frequency reports, which reveal your most loyal guests, and reservation reports, so you know how much a table spent. You can also export your guest database, making it easy to keep in touch.
